Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in oil in a large skillet. Drain fat if needed.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add cabbage and cook 5–6 minutes until wilted.
  4. Stir in sauce ingredients. Cook 1–2 minutes.
  5. Finish with sesame oil and serve hot.
