Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking apart, 5–7 minutes.
  4. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook until spinach wilts, 3–4 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat; sprinkle feta cheese on top and let melt slightly.

Notes

• Frozen spinach can be used—just thaw and squeeze out excess water.
