- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain grease.
- Whisk gravy mix with cold water until smooth. Add to skillet.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well.
- Simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain without rinsing.

Notes
- Use lean ground beef to avoid excess grease.
