Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium zucchinis diced
  • 1 large sweet potato peeled and cubed
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook for 2–3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  3. Brown the beef: Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Brown for 5–7 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain excess grease if needed.
  5. Cook sweet potatoes: Stir in sweet potatoes along with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
