Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium bananas ripe or overripe
  • 4.5 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil any kind
  • ½ cup 65 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the flour and baking powder together.
  2. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl using a fork.
  3. In a larger bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, and oil.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet, mist with cooking spray, and cook spoonfuls of batter over low heat for 3 minutes per side.
