Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 8x8 pan with parchment.
- Mix oats, almond flour, oil, syrup, and vanilla. Reserve ⅓ for topping.
- Press remaining crust into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Mix strawberries, syrup, lemon juice, and starch. Spread over crust.
- Crumble reserved topping. Bake 25–30 minutes more.
- Cool completely. Chill for clean cuts. Enjoy!

Notes
- Frozen strawberries can be used—just thaw and drain first.
