- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, hemp seeds, pepitas, almonds, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a medium bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture on baking sheet.
