Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Chopped parsley and lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets in dish. Spoon glaze evenly over each.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until salmon flakes with fork.
  5. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for caramelized edges.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Wild salmon works beautifully here, but farm-raised is fine too.
  • You can prep the glaze ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Leftovers are delicious flaked over salads or rice bowls.
