These honey beer chicken kabobs are smoky, juicy, and full of flavor. Marinated in beer, BBQ sauce, and spices, then grilled to perfection, they’re the ultimate backyard BBQ dish. Sweet, tangy, and savory all in one bite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs 680 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • ½ cup 125 ml beer of choice
  • ¾ cup 226 g BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size chunks.
  2. Marinate with ¼ cup beer for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix remaining beer, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, honey, and garlic powder.
  4. Reserve half for serving.
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with sauce.
  6. Grill 4 minutes per side, brushing with more sauce, until chicken is cooked through (165°F).
  7. Serve with reserved sauce.

Notes

  • Use boneless thighs for extra juicy kabobs.
