Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, honey, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon on the sheet and coat with sauce.
  4. Bake 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  5. (Optional) Broil for 2–3 minutes for a caramelized glaze.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
