Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 –2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, milk, tahini, honey, and vanilla in a jar.
  2. Add cinnamon and chia seeds if using. Stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir and top as desired.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to your liking—maple syrup also works well in place of honey.
  • If the oats are too thick in the morning, stir in a splash of milk to loosen.
  • Tahini can have a strong flavor—start with less if you're new to it and adjust to taste.
