- Mix oats, milk, tahini, honey, and vanilla in a jar.
- Add cinnamon and chia seeds if using. Stir well.

Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your liking—maple syrup also works well in place of honey.
- If the oats are too thick in the morning, stir in a splash of milk to loosen.
