Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 casserole dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in bacon, mayo, jalapeños, cheddar, mozzarella, and green onion. Mix well.
- Spread mixture evenly into casserole dish.
- In a bowl, mix Ritz crackers, Parmesan, and butter. Sprinkle over dip.
- Bake 20–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
