Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts evenly in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese.
  4. Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
  5. Spoon the mixture over the chicken and spread evenly to coat.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
