Juicy & Easy Turkey Meatloaf

This Juicy Turkey Meatloaf Recipe is a lighter spin on a comfort food classic. Made with lean ground turkey, seasoned breadcrumbs, sautéed onion, and a flavorful ketchup glaze, it bakes up moist, tender, and deeply satisfying. Ready in about an hour and great for leftovers!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp ketchup organic recommended
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 small onion minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1.3 lb ground turkey 93% preferred
  • 1/2 cup seasoned whole wheat or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix 2 tbsp ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Sauté onion in olive oil over low heat for 3–5 minutes until soft. Remove from heat.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion
  5. Breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, marjoram, and salt.

Notes

• Don’t overmix the meat or it can become tough.
• Let the meatloaf rest after baking to keep it juicy.
