Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound minced turkey 93% lean
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and parsley.
  2. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. With damp hands, shape into 4 patties about ½ inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add patties and cook 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  6. Remove from skillet and let rest briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overmix the turkey to keep the patties tender.
