Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1.5 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • ½ cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 –3 teaspoons maple syrup or to taste
  • Optional toppings: granola graham cracker crumbs, fruit

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, stir together oats, chia seeds, and lime zest.
  2. Add yogurt, milk, lime juice, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir and top with granola, graham crackers, or fruit. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra creaminess, use full-fat yogurt.
Adjust maple syrup to your sweetness preference.
