Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets optional
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
  • Sesame seeds for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking up the meat.
  2. Drain fat if needed.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; sauté 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil; simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add broccoli; cook 3–4 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice; garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
