Method
- Cook lasagna noodles and lay flat to cool.
- In a skillet, cook beef with onion and garlic until browned.
- Stir in 1½ cups marinara and simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cheese mixture on noodles, top with meat sauce, and roll up.
- Spread 1 cup marinara in bottom of greased 9x13” dish. Add roll ups seam-down.

Notes
• Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.
• You can make the filling a day ahead and refrigerate.
• Substitute ground turkey or Italian sausage for a twist.
