Lavender Latte

This gently infused latte blends warm milk, calming lavender, and bold espresso into a dreamy floral drink. Naturally sweetened and easy to customize, it’s pure comfort in a cup.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1 –2 tsp sweetener sugar, honey, maple syrup, or lavender syrup
  • 1 shot espresso or 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Heat milk, lavender, and sweetener in a small saucepan (do not boil).
  2. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
  3. Brew espresso.
  4. Froth the lavender milk.
  5. Pour espresso into a mug, then top with frothed milk.
  6. Garnish and serve.
