Lavender Milk Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 –2 tsp sugar honey, or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Boil 1 cup water. Add lavender and tea bag. Steep 5 minutes.
  2. Strain into a cup. Stir in sweetener and vanilla if using.
  3. Add warm milk for hot tea or chilled milk + ice for iced version.
  4. Garnish and enjoy.
