Method
- In a saucepan, combine cream and sugar.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, continue to cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into serving dishes or lemon shells.
- Let cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Garnish with lemon slices or berries if desired.

Notes
