Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon slices or berries for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, combine cream and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, continue to cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into serving dishes or lemon shells.
  6. Let cool at room temperature for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices or berries if desired.

Notes

  • For extra citrus aroma, add a bit of lemon zest before chilling.
  • Use fresh lemon juice—bottled juice won’t give the same flavor or set properly.
