Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Lettuce tomato, pickles, cheese, avocado, mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill and oil grates.
  4. Grill chicken 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Assemble sandwiches with desired toppings.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer: internal temp should reach 165°F.
  • If chicken breasts are thick, consider butterflying or pounding them for even cooking.
