Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1 11 oz bag caramel bits (or 40 soft caramels)
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Method
 

  1. Toast pecans at 350°F for 6–8 minutes. Cool.
  2. Melt caramels, cream, and butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Arrange pecan clusters on parchment. Spoon caramel over.
  4. Let set 20 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate. Dip each cluster to coat.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt if desired. Let set completely.
