- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion and garlic, egg, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape half mixture into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle mozzarella down the center.
- Cover with remaining beef, sealing edges.
