No-Bake Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 5.1 oz vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 3 large bananas thinly sliced (or 4 medium)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 box Nilla Wafer cookies
  • Additional bananas and crushed wafers for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thick.
  2. Fold in half of the Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Arrange a layer of Nilla wafers at the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the wafers.
  5. Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the banana slices and smooth it out.
  6. Repeat with another layer of cookies, bananas, and the rest of the pudding.
