No-Bake Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups ice-cold water
  • 3.5 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 5 –6 barely ripe large bananas
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk condensed milk and cold water until smooth.
  2. Whisk in pudding mix until no lumps remain. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
  4. Add marshmallow fluff and whip to stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the chilled pudding in batches.

Notes

• Use barely ripe bananas—they hold up better and prevent the dessert from becoming mushy.
