Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup whole milk divided
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can 7.6 oz table cream or 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Make caramel, pour into pan, and let set.
  2. Bloom gelatin in 1/4 cup cold milk.
  3. Heat 3/4 cup milk and dissolve gelatin mixture.
  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour into pan and refrigerate for 6+ hours.
  6. Unmold and serve cold.

Notes
