Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups 180 g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup 115 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups 120 g finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup 60 ml frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp orange zest optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 200 g white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • Optional: Sprinkles or extra zest for garnish

Method
 

  1. Beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
  2. Mix in orange juice concentrate, zest, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add crushed vanilla wafers and mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate and dip each ball to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with decorations before coating sets.
