Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Blend oats, milk, banana, vanilla, vinegar, and baking powder until smooth.
  3. Fold in strawberries gently.
  4. Heat a skillet with butter or oil over medium heat.
  5. Scoop batter into pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  6. Serve with toppings of choice such as butter, syrup, whipped cream, or yogurt.
