Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken stock or bone broth
  • ½ cup half and half or whole milk room temperature
  • 1 8 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil, oil drained
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese optional
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and sauté garlic in a large skillet.
  2. Stir in chicken stock, tomatoes, seasonings, and half and half.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add pasta and let it soften into the liquid.
  5. Simmer until pasta is al dente.
  6. Stir in cream cheese if using.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan and adjust seasoning or liquid if needed. Serve immediately.
