Ingredients

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Toss carrots with melted butter, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 60–70 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Garnish with herbs if desired and serve warm.
