Method

- Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and vegetables.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Add to pan.
- Cook until thickened. Pour over noodles and serve.

- Any combo of vegetables works—try snow peas, bell peppers, or baby corn.
- You can use fresh or dried egg noodles; just don’t overcook them.
