Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F inside).
Reduce heat slightly. Add minced garlic to the griddle and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken and cover for 2–3 minutes to melt.
Remove from heat, let rest briefly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
