Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole garlic cloves minced
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Fresh chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Mix salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Grate Parmesan and mince garlic.
  3. Spray a baking dish with avocado oil.
  4. Season chicken generously on both sides with the spice mix. Place in the dish.
  5. Evenly sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken, then cover with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Optionally, add parsley.

Notes

• If your chicken breasts are extra thick, butterfly or pound them to even thickness for faster cooking.
