Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Mix salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Grate Parmesan and mince garlic.
- Spray a baking dish with avocado oil.
- Season chicken generously on both sides with the spice mix. Place in the dish.
- Evenly sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken, then cover with Parmesan cheese.
- Optionally, add parsley.

Notes
• If your chicken breasts are extra thick, butterfly or pound them to even thickness for faster cooking.
• Use freshly grated Parmesan—it melts and browns better than pre-shredded.
