This peach berry fruit salad features ripe peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries tossed in a simple lime-honey dressing with a hint of fresh mint. It’s quick to make, incredibly vibrant, and naturally sweet.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 peaches or nectarines sliced or diced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cups strawberries halved or sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint finely sliced or minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice about 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave

Method
 

  1. Add peaches, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries to a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh mint.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey/agave.
  4. Drizzle dressing over the fruit. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1–2 days.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruit to avoid a mushy texture.
