Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in cooked pasta, pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
