Method
- Cook pierogies per package directions (boil ~3 mins), then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
- Brown kielbasa and remove from pan.
- Add remaining 3 tbsp butter and sauté onions until tender.
- Stir in pierogies and kielbasa until coated and heated through. Serve warm.

Notes
• You can use any kind of pierogies—cheddar, potato, or onion-filled all work well.
• Want more browning on the pierogies? Pan-fry them directly after boiling for a crispy edge.
