- Shake pineapple juice, guava purée, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass and top with soda.
- Float gin gently over the top.

Notes
- For best layering, use Empress 1908 gin chilled and pour it slowly over the spoon.
- No hibiscus syrup? Substitute with grenadine or a floral syrup like rose.
- Want it extra tropical? Add a splash of coconut water or use sparkling coconut soda.
