Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out bottom crust and place in pie pan.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, meats, eggs, parsley, and pepper.
- Fill pie shell with mixture. Top with second crust. Seal edges and cut steam slits.
- Brush with egg wash. Bake 60–75 minutes until golden.
- Cool before slicing and enjoy warm or cold.
