Ingredients
  

  • 12 frozen potstickers pork, chicken, or veggie
  • 8 oz ramen or stir-fry noodles
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook potstickers in a skillet as per package directions. Set aside.
  2. Boil noodles separately. Drain and set aside.
  3. Whisk together sauce ingredients.
  4. Sauté cabbage in skillet 2–3 mins.
  5. Return potstickers, add noodles and sauce. Toss gently and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen ramen, yakisoba, or rice noodles—whatever you have on hand.
  • Swap cabbage for bok choy, spinach, or bell peppers for variety.
