Samoa Brownies

These Samoa brownies start with your favorite boxed brownie base, then get topped with a buttery coconut-caramel layer and drizzled with chocolate. They’re indulgent, easy, and taste just like the classic cookie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients to prepare it
  • 2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 11 oz bag soft caramels
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Bake brownies as directed and let cool.
  2. Toast coconut in skillet or oven until golden.
  3. Melt caramels until smooth.
  4. Stir in toasted coconut and spread over brownies.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top.
  6. Let set, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Line your pan with parchment for easy removal and clean cuts.
  • Use a hot knife (dip in hot water, wipe dry) for smooth slicing through the sticky topping.
