Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic v
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook lasagna noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions.
  2. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half the Alfredo sauce, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish.
  6. Fill each noodle with seafood mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down.
