- Cook pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter and oil, add shrimp, cook until pink.
- Remove shrimp. Add lemon juice, zest, wine, seasoning.
- Toss pasta in sauce. Stir in shrimp, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan.
- Transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
