Ingredients

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet.
  2. Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on the sheet.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onion with oil or butter until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Drain excess grease, then stir in sloppy joe sauce.
  6. Spread mixture over bread halves and top with cheese.
