Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium-low heat.
  2. Add onion and green pepper and sauté for 5 minutes, until softened.
  3. Push vegetables to the sides.
  4. Increase heat to medium-high and spread ground beef in the center.
  5. Cook undisturbed for 5 minutes to brown.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
