Ingredients
  

Sloppy Joes:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 15-ounce can sloppy joe sauce
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
Glaze:
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add diced green bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in sloppy joe sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in prepared dish.
  7. Spoon the meat mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.

Notes
