Method
- Trim chicken and place in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add garlic, carrots, bell pepper, peas, and scallions.
- In a bowl, whisk chicken stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, and one ramen seasoning packet.
- Pour over chicken and stir.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 3–4 hours or LOW 4–6 hours until chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken.
- Stir in ramen noodles (discard second seasoning packet).
