Spaghetti Chicken and Bacon

This spaghetti chicken and bacon bake is the ultimate comfort food. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with crispy bacon, it’s a family-friendly dinner you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook and drain spaghetti.
  2. Mix spaghetti, chicken, soup, chicken stock, some bacon, 1 cup cheese, and seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Pour into greased 9×13-inch pan. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Uncover, top with remaining bacon and ½ cup cheese, bake 10 more minutes.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar with mozzarella or Monterey Jack for a different flavor.
