Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

This spicy roasted cauliflower is brushed with a garlicky butter rub, roasted until tender, then glazed with honey and sriracha before broiling to golden perfection. It’s savory, sweet, spicy, and 100% addictive.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole cauliflower head
  • 3 tbsp salted butter room temperature
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove outer leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower. Rinse and pat dry.
  3. Mix butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture all over cauliflower.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet, loosely tent with foil, and roast for 40 minutes.
  5. Stir honey and sriracha together in a small bowl.

Notes

  • You can adjust sriracha based on spice preference.
