Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak cubed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved or quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional
  • Heavy-duty foil

Method
 

  1. Toss steak and potatoes with oil, butter, and seasonings.
  2. Divide among 4 foil sheets and seal tightly.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes per side or bake at 425°F for 25–30 mins.
  4. Open packets carefully and garnish before serving.
